Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Malappuram, Kerala. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and client interaction skills, including ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships
- Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and support decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet targets and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
