Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ameerpet. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to present PKC Hospitality Solutions’ service portfolio, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, and supporting account retention and upselling efforts. The Sales Associate will contribute to local market research, participate in promotional activities or client events when needed, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and comfort using email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to understand and explain service offerings related to hospitality, hygiene management, facility care, and commercial spaces.
- Demonstrated negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client needs.
- Customer-focused mindset, with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, facilities management, or related services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kondapur and travel locally for client meetings as required.
