Our services include single color to four-color printing, hard to wiro bound binding, digital spot UV, and foil services. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and following up on leads. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency.
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of printing and packaging services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with market research and sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the printing industry is a plus
