Role Description

The Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new brand prospects, building a strong pipeline, and converting leads into long-term clients.


Day-to-day tasks include:


  1. Researching target customers & cold emailing them
  2. Calling leads provided through a CRM, nurturing those leads & negotiating terms
  3. Converting leads to paying customers through calling, emailing & Whatsapp.


This position also includes tracking performance metrics and continuously refining sales strategies to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Experience with account management and relationship-building, with the ability to understand client needs and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making to monitor performance and optimize outreach.
  • Proven experience in B2B or agency-side sales; familiarity with D2C or e-commerce sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.


Salary


  • ₹18,000- 20,000 per month + sales incentives.


This is a work-from-office role from Indore location.
