Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Sales & Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and acquiring new sales opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and driving business growth in the region. The representative will build and maintain strong client relationships, present Tostem Aluminum window solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets. Regular communication with prospective and existing clients and collaboration with internal teams will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the aluminum window or construction industry is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
