As we continue to scale, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who can ensure a seamless experience for our prospects while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations.



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with new leads and assist them throughout the sales journey.
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up calls using Calendly.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets, and other internal tools.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Nutrition, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
  • Send reminders, follow-up messages, and appointment confirmations.
  • Track daily sales activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and escalate issues whenever required.
  • Assist in onboarding newly enrolled clients by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Keep sales databases updated and maintain complete documentation.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving approach.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
