As we continue to scale, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who can ensure a seamless experience for our prospects while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with new leads and assist them throughout the sales journey.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls using Calendly.
- Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets, and other internal tools.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Nutrition, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Send reminders, follow-up messages, and appointment confirmations.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and escalate issues whenever required.
- Assist in onboarding newly enrolled clients by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Keep sales databases updated and maintain complete documentation.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving approach.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
