Sales Coordinator - Hotel Resort

Company Description Rurban Resort is a nature-focused destination near Delhi, located at Upper Ganga Canal Road, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad. The Resort is spread across 17 acres of lush greenery with over 70,000 trees and plants. There are more than 41 rooms in the form of Swiss Tents, cottages, Villas and Lake View Rooms

Role Description

• Full-time, on-site in Ghaziabad.
• The role involves taking calls (inbound and outbound), managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating bookings for individuals, groups, and corporate clients, confirm reservations, organize events and group activities, and help optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, handling customer communication via phone, email, and in person, and ensuring timely responses to all sales-related queries.
• Maintaining records of daily queries and reservations for follow ups and confirmations.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills , Sales and Customer Service skills, excellent Communication skills to manage leads, bookings, and internal workflows efficiently.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in hospitality, hotels, or resorts, with familiarity in using reservation or CRM systems.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
