Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Franchise Sales team in expanding our education network. The role involves handling franchise inquiries, coordinating the sales process, maintaining lead databases, scheduling meetings, following up with prospective franchise partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage and respond to franchise inquiries received through calls, emails, websites, and social media.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the Franchise Sales Managers for further discussions.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and franchise discovery sessions with prospective partners.
• Prepare and share franchise proposals, brochures, agreements, and other sales documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective franchisees to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports.
• Assist in organizing franchise events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the franchise acquisition process.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
