Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Gurugram. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients through inside sales activities, including outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and follow-ups. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with business development and marketing teams to align outreach campaigns, communicating value propositions clearly, and gathering market and customer insights to support sales strategies. The Sales Development Representative will also meet and report on key performance metrics such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• BBA/B.Com or any relevant graduate (Commerce background preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Interest in Sales & Business Development
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
