Sales Development Representative

Job Description
You'll be the first sales hire, owning the complete customer journey: prospecting CTOs, building pipeline, closing deals, and delivering successful implementations. You work with high autonomy, build from scratch, and establish the playbooks we'll scale. This is your transition to sales leadership - excel here and you become our sales TL, then AE. You own accounts, quota, and using AI tools to scale without scaling headcount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
- Gather enterprise account/contact level intel and insights to plan ABM strategy.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of target accounts and verticals, their industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Nurture existing leads through emails, Linkedin.
- Work closely with the marketing team to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through account mapping, networking, and relationship building.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and the Founders/Founders's office.
- Work closely with the Founder of the company to help close business and meet pipeline targets.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of the marketing/sales campaigns on the performance and ROI.
- Initiate and build relationships with prospects across multiple channels.
- Prospect APAC and EMEA CTOs and engineering leaders - build lists, execute multi-touch campaigns, schedule 8-12 qualified meetings/month across outbound, inbound, and events
- Qualify leads and help with deal closure.
- You will be responsible for for lead generation through inbound, outbound, partnership and events.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting role in SAAS/B2B (Devtools, devre, cloud infra or cloud tools experience is a plus point).
- Proven track record of success as a SDR or Market Analyst in the software industry.
- Should be comfortable with tech ( Cloud computation and its ecosystem).
- Strong ability to prospect, gather intel, qualify and build relationships with Prospects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments and distributed team setups.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate an evolving function.
- Excited about the opportunity to fast-track their career and create impact in a high-growth startup.
- Experience selling to the Developer community is a plus.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Apollo) and program management tools
- Excellent communication - can run steering calls and write crisp customer emails with equal ease Strong English (written and spoken)
