We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to promote and sell Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Fire & Life Safety solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fire & Safety industry.
  • Promote and sell Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Suppression, and related safety systems.
  • Meet consultants, contractors, MEP companies, builders, facility management companies, and end users to generate sales.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fire protection solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, and project teams for solution design and project execution.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Update CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated with fire safety regulations, standards, and new technologies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Fire & Safety or ELV system sales.
  • Good understanding of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Suppression, Emergency Lighting, and Life Safety systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience in handling projects for commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, industries, and residential developments.
  • Knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense, or local fire authority requirements.
  • Experience in tendering and project sales.
