Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote Agni Engineers’ products and services to industrial customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also maintain sales records, report on market trends, and participate in customer visits, meetings, and industry events to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess technical understanding of engineering products and solutions, with the ability to interpret basic specifications and align them with customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with industrial clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess planning, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, such as MS Office and sales tracking systems.
- Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel to customer locations as needed, and maintain a high level of professional integrity and customer focus.
