Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our job portal by acquiring new employer clients and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will identify companies within assigned regions, generate leads, contact decision-makers, and convert them into active customers who post job vacancies on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain a database of companies within assigned regions and industries.
- Identify HR managers, recruiters, and hiring decision-makers through research and networking.
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to introduce the job portal.
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of the job portal to potential clients.
- Convince employers to post job openings and subscribe to paid recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the customer support and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and business networking events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, HR solutions, SaaS, or job portal sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills

- Confidence in cold calling and client acquisition.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Relationship-building and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes is an advantage.
