Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Surat Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new B2C & B2B business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients across branding, visual solutions, and AI-driven services. The role includes meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their branding and visual communication needs, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, and negotiating and closing deals. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. Day-to-day activities also include market research, competitor analysis, sales reporting, and contributing feedback to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C & B2B sales, in any industry
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, prospecting, and consultative selling
- Ability to understand branding, digital signage, and print solutions in a clear, value-driven manner
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfort using basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and online collaboration platforms
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of the Surat Area business ecosystem and local market dynamics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Willingness to travel extensively locally within the region for client meetings and site visits
