Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and manage the end-to-end sales process for Capyngen’s AI and generative solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company goals. The role involves regular collaboration with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities, as well as ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Executive will track sales metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Proactive approach to relationship-building, client engagement, and long-term account development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
