Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and conducting client meetings and presentations. Daily activities include prospecting via calls, emails, and in-person visits, understanding client requirements, and proposing suitable solutions. The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a related industry or services environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and CRM usage.
- Comfort with field work and on-site client visits in and around Vadodara, including the ability to work independently while coordinating with the wider team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and CRM platforms).
- Adaptability, resilience, and a learning mindset to respond to changing market conditions and client needs.
