Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Kota, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site activities and some work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners, and drive sales of cloudcush products in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to the internal team on customer needs and competitor activity. The role also involves preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with marketing and operations for timely delivery, and ensuring high standards of customer service and follow-up.


Salary & Benefits:

10,000/- Basic pay + DA,TA

(Negotiable for experienced as per their prior work)


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, hygiene products, or related consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and use insights to plan and achieve targets.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including frequent field visits in Kota and independent work from home when required.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Prior experience in baby care or hygiene products is an advantage but not mandatory.
