Role Description
1. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar.
2. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to identify customer needs. 3. Day-to-day tasks include promoting the company's products, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
4. Demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills is key in this role.
5. Appointing New Sales Channels (Distributor, Institutional partners, B2B partnerships etc.) and nurturing them.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in market research, business development, and client relationship management
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Basic understanding of eco-conscious and sustainable products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role is highly regarded
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
