It offers robust tools for task management, order and warehouse management, payment reconciliation, product database management, and customer support. Role Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule product demos or meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Salary up to: 3-4 LPA + Incentives
