Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Muzaffarpur. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads for rooftop and commercial solar solutions, conduct customer meetings, and present tailored proposals. The role includes explaining technical and financial benefits of solar systems, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The Sales Executive will coordinate with technical and operations teams for site visits, system design inputs, and timely installation. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, achieving assigned targets, supporting marketing activities, and providing consistent customer service and follow-up.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Customer relationship management capabilities, with experience in client communication, needs assessment, and post-sales support.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy concepts, rooftop systems, and energy savings, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales tracking software).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and manage field-based responsibilities independently.
  • Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ethical, customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships and sustainable solutions.
