FloorCeil Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive to support and assist Kunal Ganatra in driving sales of Raised Access Flooring (RAF) solutions for server rooms, control rooms, and data centers across Gujarat. This is a field-intensive, relationship-driven role suited for someone who enjoys client interaction, technical problem-solving, and closing business.


Key Responsibilities


- Meet clients, architects, and PMCs (Project Management Consultants) at various project sites and offices across Gujarat

- Work on getting Raised Access Flooring specified into project documentation/BOQs at the architect and PMC level

- Track and manage specification-to-order pipeline; follow up consistently to convert specified projects into confirmed sales

- Support Kunal Ganatra in day-to-day sales activities, client coordination, and proposal follow-ups

- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and specification status (CRM/tracker discipline)

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts) for quotations, order processing, and timely execution

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients in the data center/server room ecosystem


Requirements

- 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred); background in construction materials, interiors, flooring, or technical sales is an advantage

- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat

- Strong communication and follow-up skills; comfortable engaging with architects, PMCs, and corporate clients

- Basic understanding of construction/specification processes (will be trained on RAF technical specifications)

- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license preferred for site travel

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting and tracking
