Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Growthkul™. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for corporate video, design, and brand communication services. Responsibilities include conducting prospect research, engaging and nurturing potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting tailored proposals that align Growthkul’s offerings with client needs. The role involves collaborating with the strategy and production teams to translate client objectives into clear scopes of work, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and contribute feedback to refine go-to-market and sales enablement strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in creative, media, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Ability to understand and articulate brand strategy, video production, and design services to decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort in remote client interactions.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to plan and track activities and outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, brand communication, or GTM strategy is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
