Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new customer leads, manage existing client relationships, and promote Hamporio’s range of luxury and personalized hampers. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable gifting solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, closing sales, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and support promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and brand promotion, with an interest in luxury and personalized gifting.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients, orders, and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working on-site in Ahmedabad and visiting clients or partners as needed.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, corporate gifting, or a related sales domain is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
