About the Role:


GuestCare365 is a cloud-based hotel management platform by CirrusCloud Systems that helps hotels streamline operations, elevate the guest experience, and grow revenue. Our integrated suite includes a Property Management System (PMS), GuestCare (WhatsApp guest communication), a Booking Engine, and a Channel Manager .

We're hiring a driven Business Development Executive to grow our footprint across the hospitality sector. You'll own the full sales cycle — from finding hotels that need us, to demoing our products, to closing and handing off a happy new customer.



What You'll Do:


Lead Generation

Identify and connect with hotels, resorts, service apartments, and homestays. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects sourced through cold calling, field visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.

Customer Engagement

Reach hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Managers, and other decision-makers. Schedule meetings and demos, and dig into each prospect's requirements and operational challenges.

Product Demonstration

Present the GuestCare365 suite — PMS, GuestCare, Booking Engine, and Channel Manager — clearly linking features to business benefits and ROI.

Sales & Closing

Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers. Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth onboarding.

Relationship Management

Follow up consistently, build long-term customer relationships, and generate referrals from existing clients.

CRM & Reporting

Log daily activities in the CRM, keep the pipeline accurate (leads, meetings, proposals), and submit daily and weekly sales reports.



What We're Looking For:


  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Odia
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence engaging hotel owners and senior decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools



Preferred Experience:


Prior experience selling any of the following is a strong plus: hotel software, SaaS products, ERP, CRM, POS systems, or IT products/services. Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.



Key Performance Indicators:


Success in this role is measured by new hotel leads generated, demos scheduled, meetings conducted, proposals submitted, monthly sales targets achieved, and prospects converted into paying customers.



Qualifications:


Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory.
