Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Provide after-sales support and issue resolution

Follow up with leads and support sales conversions

Maintain customer and sales databases

Prepare MIS and sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience

Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management

Track customer feedback and service metrics
