Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining Jainam’s trading and investment products, and guiding them through account opening and onboarding. The role involves regular client meetings, follow-ups on leads, and maintaining strong relationships to support client retention and portfolio growth. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of client queries, ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Daily activities include preparing sales reports, updating CRM or internal systems, and participating in sales campaigns or promotional activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert leads into active clients.
- Client relationship management skills, including active listening, consultative communication, and follow-up discipline.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and investment products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages as applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may also be considered.
- Previous experience in broking, financial services, or direct sales is an advantage.
