Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, pitching products to potential customers, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and support. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Business Development
• Basic Technical Understanding or familiarity with PCB manufacturing is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and exceed sales quotas
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
