Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with industrial customers, and promote the company’s range of metal cutting tools and related products. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, understanding their tooling and lubrication needs, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery follow-up, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities. The Sales Executive is expected to meet assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits related to metal cutting tools, lubricants, and hardmetal solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to interact professionally with industrial clients and decision makers.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM or sales tracking tools for reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, cutting tools, machine tools, or related engineering products is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Ludhiana and nearby regions for client visits.
  • Preferably a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal education.
