Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present available properties, explain key features and pricing, and guide clients through the end-to-end sales process. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, scheduling and conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales tracking system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, smooth transaction closure, and high-quality customer service. The Sales Executive is also expected to monitor market trends, participate in promotional activities, and consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability in lead generation, client follow-up, and closing sales in real estate or a related industry is preferred.
  • Comfort with on-site client interactions, property presentations, and local travel within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office applications to manage client data and sales documentation.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market or willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on market trends.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant sales or real estate certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or field sales is beneficial but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
