Each plant undergoes multiple rounds of professional hardening to meet the high standards required for luxury homes, executive offices, corporate lobbies, commercial projects, landscaped spaces, and vertical green walls.
Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, build and manage relationships with residential, corporate, and commercial customers, and present Paudhaawala’s product range, value proposition, and customization options. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, gathering customer feedback, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to local marketing and promotional activities to grow brand presence and revenue.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in lifestyle, home décor, horticulture, or related industries.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey product benefits clearly to diverse client segments.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including managing pipelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, field visits, and working across locations within the Amritsar/Ludhiana area.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Understanding or interest in plants, design, and sustainable living, with willingness to learn product specifics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales can substitute formal education.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
