Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting PROCESS AUTOMATION’s solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal technical and project teams, and following up on leads to drive closures. The role involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and supporting contract negotiations. The Sales Executive will also be expected to build long-term relationships with clients, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular reporting to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and lead conversion skills; ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Basic understanding of industrial or process automation solutions, or strong willingness and aptitude to learn technical product details.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and standard business communication platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technical solution sales, preferably in automation, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet defined sales and activity targets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on ethical and inclusive professional conduct.
