Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Hosur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties include conducting market research, creating and delivering sales pitches, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also require close collaboration with internal teams to meet customer requirements and foster growth in the organization.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of sheet metal enclosures and the electrical or switchgear industry is preferred
• Ability to conduct market research and create sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Hosur
