Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Noida, Sector 142

Job Role:
We are looking for a smart and confident Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their property needs, and offering the best real estate solutions from our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling potential customers and explaining our real estate projects.
Fixing site visits and following up with leads.
Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable properties.
Meeting sales targets given by the manager.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Coordinating with the sales and marketing team.
Keeping records of client interactions and leads.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in talking to new people and handling objections.
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
0-2 years of experience in sales or Real Estate (freshers can also apply).
