- Generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and individual customers.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings when required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
