Roles:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) to help businesses adopt AI-powered marketing.
You will engage with high-intent inbound leads, understand their marketing challenges, demonstrate how BlynkAds automates the complete advertising workflow, and convert them into paying customers.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding business goals rather than selling software features.
If you enjoy selling innovative AI products, discussing digital marketing strategies, and closing SaaS deals, this role is for you.
Key:
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' business goals, customer acquisition challenges, and current advertising process.
- Demonstrate how BlynkAds creates ad campaigns, generates creatives, builds landing pages, and optimizes performance using AI.
- Position AI automation as an alternative to managing multiple freelancers or agencies.
- Handle the complete sales cycle:
- Lead Qualification
- Discovery Call
- Product Demo
- Proposal
- Objection Handling
- Negotiation
- Deal Closure
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and customer onboarding.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product positioning and messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with founders, marketers, and business owners.

Primary market: India (with opportunities to engage international customers).
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Inside Sales.
- Experience closing software or technology solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Ability to understand digital marketing challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent presentation and product demo skills.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Individuals uncomfortable with monthly revenue targets or product demonstrations.
