Role Description The Sales Executive – Simulation-Based Education & Medical Simulators is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients such as hospitals, medical colleges, and training institutions, and presenting simulation-based education solutions and medical simulators that align with their needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and following up on leads to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, participating in industry events and meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities. The Sales Executive will regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or education technology.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to simulation-based education and medical simulators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office for documentation and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, science, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort with frequent client meetings, field visits, and participation in conferences or workshops.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the Indian healthcare and medical education ecosystem is highly beneficial.
