This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, performing product demonstrations, handling client queries, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports and tracking sales metrics to drive growth and achieve team goals.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Customer relationship management and client service expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and business development techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales metrics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in the education sector or training industry is advantageous
