Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new B2B opportunities with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and importers, focusing on lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, presenting product options and pricing, and preparing quotations and sales proposals. The role involves coordinating closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Sales Executive will also handle customer queries, maintain CRM records, participate in industry events when needed, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills, with experience in jewelry, diamonds, or luxury goods preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through clear, professional, and transparent communication.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, including experience preparing quotations, handling objections, and meeting sales targets.
  • Comfort with product knowledge for diamonds and fine jewelry (lab-grown experience is an advantage) and willingness to learn technical details.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting for pipeline and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and orders concurrently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Gujarati is an advantage for local and regional client communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
  • Comfort working on-site in Surat and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in international B2B markets or export-oriented businesses is a plus.
