Role Description:

The Sales Executive role at SpeechGears India is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and promote products and services related to Autism and special needs support. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing leads, and following up to close sales. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand product features and pricing, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, support marketing initiatives, and represent SpeechGears at events and customer meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Customer relationship management skills, including rapport building, active listening, and consultative selling.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages as needed.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software.
  • Understanding or strong interest in Autism, special needs education, or healthcare-related products is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client engagements.
  • Previous experience in field sales, healthcare, education, or social impact sectors is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
