Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions that highlight The Vedh Media’s performance marketing and client acquisition capabilities. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-up to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will maintain a structured pipeline, update CRM tools regularly, and collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service outcomes. Daily responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at meetings, events, and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in B2B sales, consultative selling, and relationship management, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, networking), and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, funnels, and marketing automation, or willingness to learn these quickly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, business-focused language.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in agency, SaaS, or related service-based environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations) and familiarity with online meeting platforms.
