Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new business accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting TradeIndia’s services to drive platform usage and revenue. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, stay informed about market trends, and represent TradeIndia professionally at all times.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques, with a focus on achieving sales targets ethically and effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Comfort with using CRM software, online marketplaces, and basic office productivity tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
- Understanding of B2B sales dynamics, e-commerce or online marketplace environments, and basic commercial terms and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, digital platforms, or trade-related services in the Chandigarh or surrounding region is an advantage.
