Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective learners and institutional partners, presenting Tribe Academy’s programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, delivering sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs, attending events or outreach activities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, provide responsive support, and represent Tribe Academy professionally in all external interactions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and explain education programs related to Finance, Web3, Start-ups, and Creator-focused tracks.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for tracking leads and reporting.
- Proven ability to work toward targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in edtech, education sales, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities as needed.
