Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote XGDS delivery and logistics solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM tools, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, and providing timely follow-up and customer support. The Sales Executive will collaborate with management on sales strategies, participate in local marketing or outreach activities, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing, with a focus on B2B customers.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Knowledge of logistics, courier, or transportation services is an advantage, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi, including local travel to meet clients and attend business meetings.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics or related industries.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
