Role Description The Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales team. This role includes overseeing daily sales operations, setting and tracking sales targets, and guiding team members to achieve performance goals. The Sales Lead will engage with customers in retail or partner locations, ensure high-quality customer service, and gather feedback to improve sales strategies and product positioning. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training for sales staff, collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication in English and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets, manage pipelines, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Candidates should possess Training experience to onboard, coach, and develop sales representatives and retail staff.
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industries is beneficial, along with knowledge of the Indian retail market.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, use CRM tools, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, with flexibility to visit retail and partner locations as needed.
