Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cloud Sales Manager to drive sales of Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, Unified Communication, CPaaS, and AI-based communication solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, account management, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise customers.
  • Promote and sell Cloud Telephony, Contact Center, CPaaS, and Unified Communication solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and update sales activities in CRM.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Sales, SaaS Sales, Telecom Sales, IT Solution Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
