  • Identify and onboard new HNIs and self-employed professionals for Prime LAP products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand client financial objectives and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
  • Conduct financial assessments and collect required documentation.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives promoting Prime LAP products



  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and products.
    • Willingness to travel locally as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on target achievement.
    • Interest in sales and financial services.
    • Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans, is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language preferred.
