Identify and onboard new HNIs and self-employed professionals for Prime LAP products.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client financial objectives and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
Conduct financial assessments and collect required documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in sales and marketing initiatives promoting Prime LAP products

Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and products.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
Qualifications:
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on target achievement.
- Interest in sales and financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language preferred.
