Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities to achieve business goals and increase market presence for Electronica Finance Limited in the Chennai region. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and customer needs to drive revenue growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with expertise in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in financial services, including knowledge of Business Loans, Machinery Loans, Working Capital Loans, and related finance products.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and key account management skills to retain and grow customer portfolios.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the NBFC or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Chennai regional market is preferred.
