Key Responsibilities
- Membership Growth: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase club membership and overall revenue.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and implement improvements to maximize conversion rates.
- Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Brand Integrity: Uphold and promote KGG’s premium brand standards in all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Experience: 2–4 years in fitness, hospitality, or premium retail sales, with a focus on team management.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and guide a team towards shared goals and objectives.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with members.
- Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives to reward successful sales achievements.
