Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive the club’s membership growth. This role requires a perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring that we consistently meet our membership and revenue targets while maintaining KGG’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Membership Growth: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase club membership and overall revenue.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and implement improvements to maximize conversion rates.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality service and satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Brand Integrity: Uphold and promote KGG’s premium brand standards in all sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in fitness, hospitality, or premium retail sales, with a focus on team management.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
