GARANT.iN is a leading international company specializing in investment immigration, residency, and second citizenship solutions. For more than 14 years, we have helped high-net-worth individuals obtain residence permits and citizenship through investment programs in Europe and the Caribbean, providing premium end-to-end consulting services.

As we continue expanding our business in India, we are looking for experienced Sales Managers with a strong background in the immigration industry.


Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are based in Mumbai or New Delhi (or are willing to relocate).
  • Have 2+ years of sales experience in an immigration company.
  • Have experience selling immigration, residency, citizenship, Golden Visa, investment migration, or visa consulting services.
  • Are confident working with high-net-worth and premium clients.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Can independently manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Speak fluent English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are an advantage).


Responsibilities

  • Work with warm and qualified inbound leads (no cold calling).
  • Consult clients on residency, citizenship, and investment migration programs.
  • Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from the first consultation to closing the deal.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide a premium customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.


Requirements

  • Experience in an immigration, visa, residency, or investment migration company is required.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with premium or high-ticket services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
