Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position, located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Business Development
• Experience with Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
• Strong communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Analytics platforms
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and motivating a sales team
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Work experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-related industries is a strong advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
